We had been on the realty market for over 2 years in a slow moving rural market. We then hired  Melody Simon to list our property.  Our 40 acre property on the Nicola River sold and provided us with outstanding service and the opportunity to move on with our anticipated plans. 

 

She gave great care and attention to creating our MLS listing as well as creating a personalized website featuring our house and property. She was aggressive with the marketing of our property including internet advertising targeting specific demographics that may be interested in our property and in the end this paid off. When Melody showed our house and property she gave ample time to the viewers to understand and appreciate the scope of the property and it's merits.
